Doc’s Taco Shop is a small weekend eatery located in Liberty City Texas that brings an authentic Mexican style street vendor menu paired with a unique vibe of a touch from the past with antique memorabilia in a chill atmosphere.
Doc’s opened in Liberty City in 2020 — a small weekend eatery on the access road, just down from Dairy Queen past Hog Eye Self Storage. The idea was simple: cook the street food of Mexico properly, and give people somewhere worth sitting down.
The food
100% fresh daily.
Corn tortilla, cabbage, cilantro, diced onion and your choice of meat. That’s a Doc’s street taco, and it hasn’t changed.
Pollo, bistek and al pastor — all the favorites. If you’ve ever had street tacos you’ve never had them this good. Come by and put us to the test. Have one of each and make our day.

Our laid back atmosphere is fun for the whole family. Bring the kids and grandparents. Come on by!
Doc’s hosts live bands and musicians every week, so there’s usually something playing while you eat.
